Our founder started his career in the military as a United States Marine, where he was promoted five times, twice meritorious, and eventually honorably discharged as a Non-commissioned Officer. Transitioning out of the service, he became a headhunter, where he came across horrendous Talent Acquisition and Human Resource practices. Uncovering the negative impact of these practices, he vowed to make sure other companies didn't follow suit.
